The trend for brown hair in 2021 is gaining traction, with brown hair being trending again, according to a new Hair Trends chart released Tuesday.

While some people may be in awe of a trend, others are having fun with the trend.
“We are so excited to see brown hair becoming so popular again,” said Lisa Brown, a hairstylist and co-owner of Hair Trend.
“A lot of people are doing the brown look.
They have a really natural look.”
This trend is especially popular in the Midwest, with a big spike in popularity in Wisconsin and Indiana, which have traditionally been the epicenter of hair trends.
In the Midwest in 2021, the percentage of brown hair increased from 1.6 percent to 1.9 percent, and the percentage wearing red hair increased to 17.5 percent.
In New York, a similar trend was seen, with the percentage brown hair rose from 6.6 to 9.9.
In Connecticut, the trend increased from 6 percent to 8.3 percent, with New York State the most populous state in the United States.

A new trend is taking hold in other countries.
The trend in the Middle East, which started in Egypt, has expanded to all regions of the region.
This trend has gained traction in Saudi Arabia, Jordan, and Turkey, where women are increasingly dressing up as their favorite characters.
